Meet Mister McScrawny.
Weight was around 140-145. Very little work on arms and shoulders. Felt and looked pretty puny
Wrist wraps are saving my hands and has allowed me to do way more reps than normal. Love em!

I've been a typical ectomorph my entire life...then 30 hit and my body has seem to change to a ecto-mesomorph as my metabolism has FINALLY slowed down. So my goals are to build off my genetic strengths and address what weaknesses I can. My goals are to put on lean muscle weight while reducing my overall body fat percentage.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Right now I am doing 4x5 and then 2x5 isolation. In about a week, I'm moving to 2x7, 1x30
