My PAST failures do not determine my FUTURE successes.
Goal (Long):
RENEWED GOAL: Get that body fat DOWN!
I've been a typical ectomorph my entire life...then 30 hit and my body has seem to change to a ecto-mesomorph as my metabolism has FINALLY slowed down. So my goals are to build off my genetic strengths and address what weaknesses I can. My goals are to put on lean muscle weight while reducing my overall body fat percentage.
Ok, so I'm narrowing down the cause of the "twitchy arm"! I thought it might be caffeine and/or whey protein. So the last few days I cut both of those out of my diet and sure enough the twitching went away. So then yesterday and the day before, I downed two Redbulls....no...
I am following a 12-week program listed in Flex Magazine. I rotate between workouts that I feel will benefit my particular genetic make-up OR target places where I feel I need improvement.
This particular workout is geared towards a 25% increase in all major lifts.
Poker at 4am...sounds like you're doing better :) Not much new with me...almost done loosing weight and being on this terrible diet LOL Did you ever end up buying a treadmill?
Hey slacker! How lucky is it that you are OFF work and the weather is FANTASTIC! Ughhh and I'm stuck inside :(
Hope you are feeling better. Enjoy your time off!
don't you hate when you get sick?! I am on a forced week of rest...but the part about being in Jamaica is nice! I never realized how exhausted I was until I got the chance to lie around and not worry about anything. Hope you feel better!
Hmm...you kinda caught me on an off week. I've been feeling very puffy for the past few days, not sure what the deal is. Program is good though. I love the routine. Just need to get at it a little harder I think. You?
I'm not really suppose to suggest supplements to clients but if it's somebody I know really well then I can suggest supplements pretty easily. Hopefully I can get my nutrition degree soon that will be a huge help!
