XoxoRunner That's really frustrating, and I understand completely! I hope you break through it soon! I haven't lost any weight either, but it's because I've sort of been eating at a mainenance level ;) Only about 4 weeks to go for me though, so I'm about to kick it in gear.... maybe adding cardio in the evening? XoxoRunner yeah, too much caffeine definitely gets to me, so I have to space it out over the day (like yesterday I used superpump at 5am, and even my morning coffee at 8:30 was too soon!) XoxoRunner The only thing I take is Optimum Whey after workouts (the vanilla ice cream is my favorite!)... I really like superpump too, but I use it on an off (like 1month on, 2 or 3 months off), because it makes me a little jittery! haha How about you? Feb 4, 2012 8:40am
