Well see where I am at. My dog died while I was in Iraq. Its the reason I came home early. I went on a very bad eating spree and didnt work out all that hard for about a month. I got back into it right when I landed. I'll train for it but if I dont look like I should by then.... I'll just keep getting ready for Yokota.

O I am for sure going to Yokota. Then we'll see what happens next. This trip to the sand box really helped me in adding mass.

I'll get on stage in May. Anything after that is game on. Cutting out here is VERY hard with my job. I used this time to bulk up and I'll be shocked if I get below 200 on stage. When is the contest?

I am ready to get home and train in normal cloths and not AF PT gear! I had to complain. I feel better now. I might extend until Oct 11 but not sure yet.

Nope I am half way done and 230 lbs. I am trying to get a head of the pack and just bulk up to WIN the contest in Yokota! Are there any contest coming up this spring? Is Misawa going to have there little contest coming up? I heard it was going to be in the fall sometime.

I wont be back until Jan. Staying cut his hard with my job and what I am doing. I've been eating for fuel and bulking. How has the gym been treating you? Has it been different with out me there?

Its not that bad out here. Most of the "American" style homes are normal. Its super lax with no BS. Just training and working out!
