Why i started? Well i was a small kid with a big mouth growing up. Finding myself on many losing ends of a good fight.. So i had to bulk up to cover what my mouth got me into..
Why I Love It:
The nature high you get after a good workout. You all understand what i'm talking about...

Motivation is hard.. Working long hours. finding it hard to push away from the day to day desk work.... I need help....

Oh, I forgot to answer the other part of your question. I have stabalized the mass loss and actually have started gaining some of it back. I learned that whether I am cutting or adding mass to go slowly so that I get the result I want. BTW, how is the iron treating you these days? Are you happy with your progress?
Yes! Actually, it was easy to find on the internet BUT here is a question for you. Is pink O.K? The one I like is a pink tye-dye design with pink letters that say Marines on the front. They have more traditional colors too. Which do you prefer...cause afterall, you are my fashion consultant. Happy to hear from you!

Well, a couple days ago I did a 2.3 mile walk to the bookstore, and then walked back. I haven't had that kind of endurance since I was an athletic kid. So my work is paying off. =) How's your training go?
I know what you mean about the six-pack. I've started losing too much muscle so I'm increasing the carbs, and guess what ? Stomach's getting fatter.
Oh, but maybe we could both benefit from this advice I was given. Keep carbs really low ans instead get calories from olive oil and nuts. These cause the body to burn fat yet feel full.

I think, a little. Hard to tell. I've been lifting really hard/heavy and upped my calories too. I have to give it a little more time and then I'll be able to assess a little better.
