It just happened, and I loved it.
Why I Love It:
Well, it fills up my free time nicely. I like to feel powerful, and that plays a good part in it as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to see my progress in the mirror and on the paper, every weight increase and extra half inch is great.
BB Accomplishments:
Since there will always be someone better on this site, nothing really seems major to me that I've accomplished.

Well, I've gotten pretty tired of being average. So I've taken a vow to stop blaming my image on a lack of equipment and time and to make the best of what I have. I want to weigh at least 180 pounds, but not more than (for right now) 200. A six-pack comes pretty easy to me, but I would like more defined and striated abdominals. My main focus for 2009, however, are a pair of killer legs. Time for squats!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Usually around 5 to 8, otherwise my form breaks down.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
About a minute. Just a good milestone.
