When i first got my casein protein i didnt like it much because it doesnt mix well at all.
solution: i put only 4-6 ounces of milk per scoop and its like eating chocolate pudding
very good...lol

A huge part of training is liking what you are doing so you want to keep doing it. Keep it up. I'm staying strong and training heavy, doing lots of cardio. and things are happening. Life is good! This Sat it's 5 weeks out!
