Obtain my Real Estate Licence, Personal Training Certification, and cut to 160 by end of May
Goal (Long):
I tried the bulking thing for a couple months..
I added oatmeal, cream of wheat and some grits into my diets around workouts etc. This plus the football season wings and beer put me up in pounds really quick. I was not happy with the additional weight and it was recommended by many that I just make lean gains instead..
Since this advice and the fact that the shirt is still coming off in the winter... I have been cutting up for the last month. I'm down about 7 pounds, and have not sacrificed much strength, so I will continue to slowly cut from here, and get down to 160 by may.

SUNDAY SHOULDERS, ABS, CALVES
I warm up with jump rope and then get right into my routine.
