When I Started:
How I Started: I started working out when I was 15, mainly to stay active, and because I realized that I couldn't eat whatever I wanted and stay the same forever!
Now I couldn't imagine not working out, it's such a huge part of my life.
Why I Love It: I love the energy and the way it makes me feel, and I love the determination and effort needed. I love the feeling of challenging myself and accomplishing something. It's amazing how one can transform their body and watch it change, And of course, I love how it makes me look!
How I Stay Motivated: I look in the mirror, and am motivated by my successes and failures, depending on what I see.
BB Accomplishments: My biggest accomplishment was becoming happy with my body, which I never had been before.

Planning on competing next year!

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to be able to do one-arm pushups!
Goal (Long): I want to lean out to 12% bodyfat, at 111 lbs, and be able to maintain that. This is my goal for September 1st. I am planning on competing next year (early 2009). I want to compete at 10% bodyfat and 108-110 lbs. I'm trying to add more shape to my legs, since I already have built the muscle to a good size. I would like more definition in my abs, and to work on flattening them rather than adding size. I would also like to see my veins more...I'm keeping an eye on a couple, almost there! I want to succeed in competitions and shows, and one day I would love to be in a magazine!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 12%
Upcoming Contest: Not sure which one yet, but something in early 2009

LUlz, pemberton fest is starting tonight, Biggest festival in Canada (40,000 peeps ) You should look up maui for a vacation , i bought some tickets for $400 from west jet and leave in a month :P
