What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
First off, you need to eat right, study nutrition basics and get in your calories, complex carbs, protein, vitamins and minerals, etc. Start lifting for form, not weight, form is more crucial. What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I trained with ego, and lifted too heavy without practicing perfect form.
