What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
First off, you need to eat right, study nutrition basics and get in your calories, complex carbs, protein, vitamins and minerals, etc. Start lifting for form, not weight, form is more crucial. Get 8-9...more

Workout Program:
It consists of 4 straight days of bodybuilding (legs, chest, shoulders, triceps, abs, calves, back, forearms.)

Then its a day of rest.

After the rest day I do a powerlifting workout.

Then I rest again, and I repeat the cycle for another week.
