I started working out as part of my training for baseball, but after my baseball career didn't work out (bad knee) I kept working out because I noticed that no matter what if you work hard enough, you can always improve your body.
Why I Love It:
I love it because I always had the dedication and drive to push myself to be the best. The feeling the rush it working out gives and the surprise as you get stronger just has me addicted
How I Stay Motivated:
I am an athlete, I love to competition, but I always want to win. I have always played sports and have always wanted 2 be the best at what ever is it that I am doing. The mirror keeps me pretty motivated all the lil changes and gains
are what keeps me going.
It's the ability to push for that last rep, endure that last mile, go all out for 1 more minute. That makes a champion. Champions aren't born, they're made through intense desire and willingness to keep going even when they feel like. They have no more to give. So, what's your heart made of?
