welp unless your on the goods your gonna be weak when yo get that lean...in that pic my lifts were probly 40%max and seriously after like 4-5 sets I felt like leaving...but I feel its was worth it. If your goals are strength focus on powerlifting...but bodybuilding isnt always about strength

steady....no huge jumps. Now with the marathon training, ill probly go back down to 170 I refuse to go lower. Which sux I really wanted to hold 200 for a while

well im training for a 1/2 marathon and I just got a job unloading trucks at 4-8 in the morning, lifting 5dys a week, plus 2 a day cardio....I have no clue how many cals and macros i need. Just feels like I lost all control, where before this job and cardio training I knew exactly what to do...just feel lost

found it bro...I think I would definately struggle with that diet. Im more of a fat protien/fat type....but damn thats low fat and carb...props for the dedication
