How I Started:
Athletic in highschool. Long story short, anarexic turned bulimic. Ran 5 miles a day and looked like a starving Etheopian. Realized what I was doing and gained 50 pounds of muscle in the last 2-3 years.
Why I Love It:
Endorphines. It's my home away from home now.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the past and the mistakes I've made and also thinking about the future and what it holds.

hey sweetness..i try to keep it very clean..sometimes i have a cheat meal..alot of grille chicken and veggies..oatmeal for breakfast..fruits..and at least a protein shake for a meal replacement..
well my precontest diet is as follows: 250g carbs 250g protein and 50g fat. This may change according to how my body responds to food. I dont have an offseason diet, I just ate whatever I wanted while keeping my protein and carbs high. Next offseason will be different, I will restrict my diet a lil more.
