How I Started:
Athletic in highschool. Long story short, anarexic turned bulimic. Ran 5 miles a day and looked like a starving Etheopian. Realized what I was doing and gained 50 pounds of muscle in the last 2-3 years.
Why I Love It:
Endorphines. It's my home away from home now.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the past and the mistakes I've made and also thinking about the future and what it holds.

It's strange, I don't change much of anything. I do eat a BIG carb meal after a long bike ride. I keep my diet based on BB'ing. I may up my carbs a little, but not much. BB'ing is great, but there is more to life than the gym. Took me many years to figure that out.
Yeah, it's on the move upward these days. Not too sure what I'll come in at for the next comp though. Hopefully a little bigger & better. You're looking huge & ripped in the new av!
