How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Depends on whether I'm cutting or bulking. Sets are always 3-4. Reps are higher when cutting and lower when bulking.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
When cutting very little. When bulking 1+ minutes.
Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
caffeine. Breakfast and pre-workout.
