I've been doing good. Looking better, and doing more home cooking than eating out. Looking in the mirror keeps me consistent. Today I was in doing mostly upper body (shoulders & Abs). How was your work in the gym today?

Really good man, nervous as iam competing in the INBA this Sunday! then doing another 2 shows after that, but Iam heaps excited, i start carb depleting for INBA today, so peak week should be a good challenge and tough, but iam up for it
