Just so everybody knows the only sites i'm on is bodyspace and a bodybuilding site on yahoo, thats it, no myspace or anything like that
I got started about 3 years ago, because i had a flat chest and i hated it. I've had muscle tears in both my forearms, which have delayed me, but i'm back on track now
My parents we're in competitions so thats why i'm so into this sport, it helps to have their opinion!
And my parents actually met lee haney, he came to my town and did some posing and i seen pictures of them with him, that motivated me, loved to look at those pictures!
Why I Love It:
It's just my passion, i love lifting heavy, my parents competed when they we're yougner, so its in me!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading magazines about pro bodybuilders, seeing my body transform, seeing the measurements get better!!

It is interesting that you recommend free weights yet
most gyms buy expensive Universal Machines, ec. Maybe the gyms are worried about law suits if some one gets hurt with free weights.
Hi, I was wondering if you could give me advice on leaning out. I am about 205 lbs and 9% body fat. I want to lean to 4.5 %. I am committed to it. I have been working out about 1.5 hours a day for 4 days a week. I gain muscle well. but I need to add to cardio. What do you advise and what time of day?
