Just so everybody knows the only sites i'm on is bodyspace and a bodybuilding site on yahoo, thats it, no myspace or anything like that
I got started about 3 years ago, because i had a flat chest and i hated it. I've had muscle tears in both my forearms, which have delayed me, but i'm back on track now
My parents we're in competitions so thats why i'm so into this sport, it helps to have their opinion!
And my parents actually met lee haney, he came to my town and did some posing and i seen pictures of them with him, that motivated me, loved to look at those pictures!
Why I Love It:
It's just my passion, i love lifting heavy, my parents competed when they we're yougner, so its in me!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading magazines about pro bodybuilders, seeing my body transform, seeing the measurements get better!!

Yeh man -I go through those moods a lot myself.. I'm on a lifting kick right now though.. It's been going really well.. I'm adding weight to my sets each time I've worked out so that's a great sign. I need to update my stats too - put on some more weight - I'm at 229 now and my arms are a lil bigger too so happy with that! How do you stay so cut?
hey man..hows your goal coming? I was wondering, how long do you separate your meals? I mean like hours wise? 2, 3, 4? I heard that you should even have a small meal or protein shake in the middle of the night like 2/3 A.M. ish? Can u throw me a rope here bro?
