Started working out for gymnastics to get strong. As I got older my body gained muscle and I got hooked. In high school I also wrestled and found an abs club that some wrestlers formed to get their abs in peak shape. I met a senior wrestler with an outstanding body and rockhard muscular abs that I admired.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel great and gives me the body I want.
How I Stay Motivated:
Don't need much motivation. Addictions are like that.
BB Accomplishments:
I have no bodybuilding goals. After high school I got into several boxing and fighting clubs and spun my wheels do that. Now just lift to keep in shape.

My MMA class was real some, it was just getting going. Its grown now but when I was there it was mostly technique training. We were responsible for most of the cardio and conditioning.
