Workout Program:
Monday Through Friday mornings are Cardio whether it be running, bleachers, biking, swimming, or hills.

Mondays Skill Training:

11-1:30 p.m. is Submission Wrestling at Travis Lutter's

6-7:30 is Stand up Sparring with Pro Boxers

Tuesdays Skill Training:

11-1:00 is Wrestling and ground and pound with Kenny Monday Olympic Gold Medalist

6:30 till finish is either mma sparring at Lutters or Team Owen

Wed. Skill Training

11-1:30 is Submission Wrestling at Travis Lutter's

6-7:30 Spar with Pro Boxers at Phil Sawyers

Thursday Skill Training

11-1:30 Wrestling and Ground and Pound with Kenny Monday

6:30-8 I coach high school Team Texas Greco Roman

Friday

11-1:30 Rounds at Travis Lutter's

6:30 till finish Spar again and hit mitts and bag work.

Saturdays

Morning I lift and do some Cardio

Sundays..... REST!
