Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): My short term goal to to lose fat and gain muscle.
Goal (Long): My overall goal to to max out an Army Physical Fitness Test. That means I would be able to do 70+ push ups in two minutes, 70+ sit ups in two minutes, and run two miles in about 14 minutes.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 18%
