I'm in the National Guard and got out of shape. It is time to get back into shape.

My short term goal to to lose fat and gain muscle.
Goal (Long):
My overall goal to to max out an Army Physical Fitness Test. That means I would be able to do 70+ push ups in two minutes, 70+ sit ups in two minutes, and run two miles in about 14 minutes.
