Wanted to be bigger and better than I had ever been before, and was willing to do whatever it would take to accomplish that goal.
Why I Love It:
Progress is deserved, not bought in a store. You can't just buy a better body and have people think you are accomplished, you must earn that body, earn that right to be considered "different" than the rest. You earn the right to walk into a room and turn heads.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember who I was before, a person I never want to be again. Small, weak, pathetic.

Had Spinal Stenosis as well as Lumber Discectomy in September of 2009, have a torn biceps tendon and rotator cuff on the right side from the Massachusetts Strongman Championships in August 2009... Long road ahead.... I like a challenge.

It's going well, decided to start focusing on more athletic training for a bit... mainly to just cut up before I go on vacation to Jamaica over thanksgiving, how about you man, hows the iron treating ya?
Hey man, I asked a question in the forums about the "muscle Up" workout routine that was in the box with a tub of black powder I bought. Someone directed me to you since you're sponsored by MRI. What are your honest thoughts on this routine?

This is the second week and I am loving it, thanks. Today was a heavy day, shoulders this morning, back tonight! but my strength is really going up and the weight is adding on! I am wiped out at night and going to bed early, but thats probably a good thing. Its a program I found in a Flex magazine at the gym, so I ripped it out :)
Hey Justin... Training's going pretty good... Still doing six days a week, but switched it up by trying out Alex Stewart's 3-S routine. How's the gym been treating you? Things still good with MRI?
well after being unable to train for 3months due to dislocating my spine, pelvis and 6 vertebrae on my second week back training i deadlifted 485 for a triple. so keep your head up and however bad the injury seems you will get through it
