I remember the first time I walked into the Royal Oak Gold's Gym in Michigan... the lady manager up there comes up to me and Jeremy, "Um. Let me show you how to use that machine, I don't want you to get hurt..." Mortifying.
Why I Love It:
I love growth; personal, financial, emotional, physical... all of it. I understand the discipline it takes to get where you want to go.
How I Stay Motivated:
There's a saying in Chinese, which, loosely translated, means: There's always another mountain higher than you. I don't ever get "comfortable," because that's when you know you've stopped growing. All these freaks and monsters out there are good inspiration.
BB Accomplishments:
I love all the jealous haters, love 'em.

In the greater scheme of life, this really isn't that big a deal. Analyze the macro, put it in perspective, then take it down a notch. Besides, you could be using those extra calories to GROW.
