i need ti get in shape to be a firefighter so between work and classes it is tuff to stay on a muscle producing diet, and work out, so i need your help to transform me into the person that i need to be, i eat good and feel good, i just need to build alot of muscle in a short amount of time so i figured bodybuilding would be good to get into.
Why I Love It:
i love it becouse it helps me become stronger, i am impressed with my strength, but i do not seem to get any bigger or smaller so thats why i am here.
How I Stay Motivated:
From speaking with other bodybuilders that know what they are doing, and checking out their blogs, and stats, the way they train, mainly the change that they have made. the people they are now realy inspires me, and motivates me to hopefully make as big of change in my phisic as they did in theirs. Most of the people on my blog have made an impact on me, the way i train and eat has been affected by the tips and advice they give me, i couldnt do it on my own... Thanks.
BB Accomplishments:
i went from 190 to 160 in 2 months eating chinese food, mainly chicken and rice.
I want to put on pounds of rock hard muscle and gain strength to be able to obtain my fitness goals.
Goal (Long):
I want to beable to gain pounds of muscle to my chest and arms while carving chisled abs and feel stronger and better physicly. right now I only hit 150 lb on the scale and want to at least be up to 165 or 170 i am 5 10 and i work out and stay active, but i want to see results, fast.
Description: These are just acouple songs i wrote so i could listen to something wile i work out. on my mind is a motivation to the girls here at bodybuilding.com cuz they are so hot. and my vibe is for cardio, it helps you stay focused pased and motivated to always do better.

Every day I drink 1 gallon of water.
Every day I consume 300 g of protein.
3 days workout, 1 day rest regime.
Day 1-Chest/Back
Day 2-Shoulders/Arms
Day 3-Abs/Legs
Day 4-Rest
Chest and back day: i start it out doing the 2 hand long bar row, 200 lb 5x5
and then i bench 150 lb 5x5 and...

Yeah, it would be good to change up the plan if you have been doing the 5x5 for awhile now. You should try GVT (German volume training) next, i have heard guys say nothing but good things about it. Search for it under bodybuilding and you will get quite a few articles about it. Looking forward to your new pics!
Hey! I also have not been on as much. Just been so busy with training and now that the kids are out of school, i have been busier. Been so hot here in Ga, that we get to go to the pool to enjoy the weather. When are you going to change your workout plan? I'm about to get a new workout and diet next week when i begin cutting again.
Hi there Justin. I just got back from helping my in laws move into their new home. This past week has been a binging week for me..bleh! Ready to get back in my routine with workouts and clean eating. My body is going to thank me for it. How is bulking going with you?
To me you are doing fine. Protein required is based on weight and what your goals are. I'm a female and weigh less than you so i don't need that much...lol. No magic pills that i know of.
Cool! I have done the 5x5 program and highly recommend it. How long have you been doing it? Congrats on the new numbers! That is really great! My first comp is May 10th and i'm getting excited about it! Also excited to eat some pizza afterwards...hehe.
They like a different body type than what I have. I didnt talk to the judges. I was there for over 8 hours and just wanted to go home. I think there were about 15 in my class
forced to admit that calves have not been worked hard enough. need to get them in plan properly rather than so hit and miss. they can take more than i can lift
