How I Started:
I originally started in my Jr. year of high school, but was not doing it to get big, but to really lose weight. This year I was lets cut the bullshit and do it. So now I've been bustin' my ass since then.
Why I Love It:
It is just such an amazing sport. That one can change his/her whole appearance, attitude/mindset by just pushing themselves to their limits daily. This shows me what the human spirit and mind can truly do.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am always comparing myself from the past months to now, looking at others in the gym, and the pros who inspire me. This shows me that I have a long ways to go, and yet have come so far.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't have any so far. I hope to compete in the near future though.

I want to gain around 5 pounds of muscle by December. Come January I will start to cut. Not for a contest or anything, but just to a point that I am happy with the level of bodyfat I have again. Some ab definition is what we're looking for.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Typically I stay in the 10-12 range. I can really feel the muscle working around this rep range.
Every now and then I will lower it to 6-8. Need some power.
