What is the best age to start lifting weights?
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Too much time in the gym, now I go in, warm up and go all out for a 1/2 hour to 45mins and walk out.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Find out the right way to do exercises before lifting heavy, once you know what your doing then go all out!!!!

I'm starting doggcrapp training today! I worked my way into it the last week or so and now it's time to go balls to the wall! Is anyone else using this method of training? If so how has it worked for you?
