"Lose 20lbs (190lbs now), drop waist size to 30-32 (34-35 now). No later than Christmas. Lets go with lose 10lbs by Sept 1st. *Had several set backs. Had two suicide attempts from end of 2011-2012. Ballooned up to 202 and fought severe depression."
