They told (us) to open up the Embassy, or "we'll blow you away." And then they looked up and saw the Marines on the roof with these really big guns, and they said in Somali, "Igaralli ahow," which means "Excuse me, I didn't mean it, my mistake".

Goal (Long):
I want my old body back - large chest, arms, shoulders V-back and a hint of abds

I am finally returning home this week after being gone for over a year in Iraq, Fort McCoy, Fort Hood, and Fort Lewis in the Wounded Warrior program...
I am very frustrated in so many things that has happened the past few months.
1. I re-injured my back and now feel like I can't do any...
Next 3 weeks I will be doing the 300 workout with tons of cardio and no extreme heavy lifting just massive amounts of medium weights and abdominals in hope to see if I can transform my body before I leave Fort Lewis for Home...
