Workout Program:
o.k.. i'm about to move and in doing so i've been granted some new opportunites so it seems fitting to make a new program. I'll be getting some new exercise equipment and will be joinging a gym in... like a month too, yay!! I now work every muscle twice a week as oppose to 3x.

monday-boxing, arms, abs
tuesday-chest, shoulders, traps, mid/low back
wednesday-legs, neck, yoga.. peaceful!
thursday-boxing, arms, abs
friday-chest, shoudlers, traps, mid/lowback
saturday-legs, neck, yoga.. peaceful again!
sunday-take a break from lifting. but i'll do some cardio.. i plan on making this my kayak day

some form of cardiovasvular exercise every day. Biking is done 3-4x a week, some kayaking done 1-2x, some jogging when i feel like it.

I need to lose some body fat, i'm down about 3% from 18 and i wanna be around 6. So instead of bulking (which i also need to eventually do) i'll focus on losing the weight. I train 3x8 reps. I have diff types of exercises for each muscle day. So i wont be doing the same arm exercises on thursday that i do on monday. Why? just to get the best all around results. Also i hear throwing curve balls makes your muscles work harder because they cant figure out a pattern.
