How I Started:
Always wanted a great body, figure i should start now.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling the burn, it makes me feel like i'm accomplishing something. Waking up the day after a workout and not being able to do a situp to get out of bed or having trouble putting a shirt on or hurting trying to lift up a cup of water makes me feel great :P I LOVE IT! seeing the small results i've gotten so far is awesome.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just looking at myself in the mirror and thinking what i could look like if i keep it up, getting on the scale and seeing i'm on a constant for weight loss helps too
BB Accomplishments:
No MAJOR ones, i did lose a bunch of weight and body fat. Now I just need to bulk for a few months

What can i say? Like everyone here i want to be stronger and have a killer body. Lately i've been unsatisfied with all aspects of my life and figure changing my body will be a step in the right direction and motivate me to make even more changes in my life. I lost a good amount of weight and fat and now I am bulking up. Taking my time though.
What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
i'm not picky and i dont really "make" things food wise. if i want an apple, why make apple crisp? i'll just eat the apple. know what i mean?

I like the leaner look. Some mma fighters have a nice build and then there's brad pitt from fightclub who has killer abs. But i don't want to look like anyone else, i want to be totally uniqu
o.k.. i'm about to move and in doing so i've been granted some new opportunites so it seems fitting to make a new program. I'll be getting some new exercise equipment and will be joinging a gym in... like a month too, yay!! I now work every muscle twice a week as oppose to 3x....
