Review: This stuff is really good because during the workouts I have done with it over the past two weeks I've found I have alot more energy and I actually have increased my strength range over higher repititions in just two weeks alone. Also this stuff makes me feel as if I can keep on lifting during the workouts like I can go past my natural limit! The only major drawback to me is the size of the damn pills they're huge!! You also have to take about 7 of em' and I'm not really a fan of taking alot of pills but other then that stuff is excellent!

Review: Yo this stuff is hot man wow! If I was in a muscle gaining phase which I'm not this stuff would be the ticket! I didn't realize but this is synthized creatine but its hella cool as far as helping me develop major pumps and my muscle gains have increased significantly! I also have noticed that this really helps with my delayed onset muscle soreness definitely a great supplement in my book!

Review: I would think this stuff is the shit because of the simple fact I have been stupidly and unknowingly have been taking creatine and this has kept me from gaining crazy weight like you normally would I've been on a 5-10 pound influx with this stuff so I could imagine if I stopped taking creatine that I would drop even more weight with this stuff! So it's definitely a must have!
