Got reviews posted up but didn't realize one of the supplements in my stack had creatine in it lol! Wow you can tell I'm a noob when it comes to this supplementation stuff lol wow! Anyway check it out holla!

I actually been to one of these they have an Annual renaissance fair here in the AK where they do this over a 3 day period and it's crazy fun and you got to be a little sick in the head to want someone to try to hit you with an actual sword! More props to you SENSI!

The more you workout the more you start to know your body. The reason why I know that cardio works for me is cause I did almost nothing but cardio last year. Usually tho the more BF you have the better your body responds to cardio and I'm at 69% YUK!!!! Anyway though you just gotta come up with a solid workout plan and eat more and you'll put some mass on good luck let me know how you do!

Alaska well it's ok but right now it's crazy icy the weather doesn't seem to want to make up it's mind hot or cold? It's spring but I love it it's home!

I made the mistake of taking creatine in a couple of shakes and it put on 10 pounds of water weight on me so it set me back like 2 weeks OMG took forever to shed that off but now I'm back on the right track and I'm gonna kill it this week. I'm shooting for 5lbs but I think I can do way more! How's everything going with you? Where the new progress pics at lol j/k! Talk to you later.

Ahh I see in Texas that's what's up! I got my plan posted up in my blog so you can check it out at your leisure! I've made som impressive gains before in weight loss the key for me is cardio my body responds to cardio like a crack head to crack so I just gotta become better at being consistant with that too! So how are doing with your goals? Let me know what's up!

Unfortunately I couldn't find a way to get to the gym so I took that time to develop a 12 week program and really target what I want to achieve! The date went good (You know what's up) overall I had a good weekend. How's training going? You going to enter any contest any time soon?

it's going ok I'm going real balls to the walls on monday I'm keepin my carbs at about 60-70g right now but monday I'm going back down to 15-20g per day, I'm still working on shedding this water weight also. How's your training going?

Man the rest of this week is gonna be tough I got 4 days of HIIT to get rid of all this stored up carbs then another session of cardio in the afternoon but tonight I'm going to the movies with this fly chick! 30 forms tonight wow that's alot of homework huh lol j/k have fun at practice wish I was you! I will be soon!

LOL!! OMG you know what it was? I was drinking protien shakes with creatine in them and creatine holds water!! It makes you gain anywhere from 6-8lbs lol! So once I shed this water weight I might get to see where I'm actually at. I'll have results posted sometime this week.
