Now that ice hockey and rugby are starting, im trying to maintain weight and improve strength wherever posible. Any tips for a 3 day split that really hits the legs hard would be appreciated.
Im roughly 6'1, so part of the mass gain was from growing a couple of inches. Anyways, I remember in the weight room in grade 9 i was barely lifting a 40lbs ez bar, now im doing 70 for endurance. Pretty funny when i think back on it. Anyways, my main concern right now is putting together a really tough 3 day full body routine.
Hey man i used to go to forest hill with you when i was in grade 9. I was in the weight room all the time man but i dunno if you remember me. You and Vlad helped me out alot and i figure since im never online, i should say thanks. In the past 2 years ive gone from 157 lbs to 184 pounds 13% bf. Once i get a camera going on my computer ile start doing progress pics and stuff.

welcome they certainly do, golds gym are all around ontario, it seems that this recession happening though everyone is now working out in their home gyms, a show of how the economy is performing. Keep fit matey. cheers
