How I Started:
As any woman my age, I'm concerned with the weight gain. I saw some post on another forum (different topic); body4life and this website were mentioned. I started lurking, followed some advice I gathered from different posts. I saw some changes and now I'm hooked.
It's easy to look okay in clothes that I've bought to accomodate my new, heavier zize. But it's time to look at myself in clothes that I know I should be wearing, since they belong to me, but I've "outgrown" over the last 2 yrs. Not pretty, but the truth can be ugly. (lol)

That's good sweetie. I'm getting over this flu so I can hit the gym on Monday. It's good to hear from you. Glad your progress is going great. Keep in touch.
Thanks for adding me as a friend and for the gracious reply. Keep up the great work and I know you'll achieve your goals. Remember Perfection is found in the journey not the destination. I once heard Oprah say that the key to achieving her dreams is helping as many people in life achieve theirs...
Yes there are some real serious ladies on here. Some too serious. I'm sure by the end of the month you will have very noticable changes. Just keep working hard.
