Although she advises that she is not an expert she has the experience to give excellent advice & she is just the sweetest person ever!If you ask her for advice she will respond and she always tries to encourage others!She inspires me to push harder in the gym and reminds me by being living proof that If I work hard enough that I too can reach my fitness goals!

Reason: This woman is an inspiration to me for the fact that she use to be just like I am at the moment but with a medical issue and through it all she prevailed. She is kind and a great adviser.
