Side Pose My Pregnancy Body: You can be sexy & fit !
This was me at my biggest, yeah crazy out of control for a bit in the winter. I took this photo Sept 21, 2008 but I didn't start working out until 2 months later November 28, 2008.
I thank everyone who says I am an inspiration on how you can be fit & sexy through pregnancy! This was an AMAZING photoshoot with www.matthew-collins.com. Just a sneak preview! We really explored the BEAUTY of the female body during pregnancy with some traditional shots w/ a sexy kitten twist, some artistic shots, & some risque pics. You do not have to compromise your sensuality during pregnancy hawt mommas -to-be! I've only gained 9 lbs more than what I weighed pre-pregnancy & my unborn son King Maximillian Miller is bigger than average-you know I love that!

This is I think maybe the first day of my cut/lean cycle-wish me luck. Everyone says they think I have a nice lat spread to work from. I made these gains in only 1 month of training. I freakishly seem to be building muscle everywhere lol. My brothers lovingly refer to me as the She-Beast! BTW I was retaining about 10 lns fluid that day

yes, you read right! I went from that to this in 2 months 1 week and a few days. I took this tonight. I didn't purge, didn't have surgery, didn't starve, didn't have a trainer-it was all me baby-killing it in the gym!

OK so my quads look huge like a female body builder. That's just the close up. My quads are like 22 inch now which I hope to keep most of that size by contest. But I put on hella muscle going heavy!

My first fitting for my posing suit

Ok this is my first try on of the posing suit shell from my seamstress (my actual suit is red). I have just started dieting down and put on a lot of muscle. I'll be posting updates every 2 weeks. I was extremely bloated from my creatin, that stuff worked amazing the first 6 weeks but towards the end not so much and it put on at least 5-15 lbs of fluid. I also ate birthday cake, for a week. I won't lie. I'm not sure why I came off my dieting like a moron. But I trained HARD every single day. Glutes lifted a lot due to squats, deadlifts, lunges, I never had much bum before. Now I have to lean down like crazy, ladies-proof positive squats build glutes. I am posting these to keep me accountable the next 3 months. Every two weeks I want to see progress and u online family call me on my bullsh*t if I mess up. I'm an off the rack 8 so things may look bigger up close lol, my goal off the rack is a solid 5. Anything less would look anorexic on me.

My transformation is ALMOST complete. Like the Doctor embracing the Fly, I embrace the BEAST inside me ha-ha-ha!!! Nothing is standing in my way except a few more % bodyfat, I know a bulldozer by the name of CARDIO! I'm going to drive that monster right over that little bit*h called FAT and squash it! 2 plus months to go-it will be done!

I really love my body in this photo. O.k. well not the bangs, a tribute to Betty Page gone horribly wrong lol. What I am saying is that having had the public judge and scrutinize my body for so many years from doing runway, to be able to embrace this is a mountain crossed. I found an old pic of me on a thinspiration website. I was horrified because I want young girls to define beauty for themselves. Meanwhile I plan to RE-define it for myself. I can't believe I can have such an impossibly small waist and be a single digit size and still have curves. I was really proud to finally see no cellulit on my hams. That was the biggest leftover from when I gained weight. So although my legs are just starting to get lines on the side as my bodyfat drops, on this day I was so proud to give this pic. So ladies just keep hitting those hams, the cottage cheese will loose!

OK so my pose is spazz-like, but my back is finally near where it should be. My diet just needs to be on point from now until July. T-bar rows, heavy seated rows, and asstd pull ups paying off. I can finally spread my lats and my back finally looks great without flexing. I'm super happy with my back, quads, abs, with being so far out to show date. I'm on my way to the perfect X-frame!

I love to freak people out. My avi is the front of this dress. I tell people I'm girly inthe front and beastly at the back. I love creeping fellow models out lol.

I was shopping for some things and I saw my biceps for the first time, like really saw them show muscularity after a day of eating crap I'm allergic to, (that's why I am always clarifying I am bloated. I have a lot of food allergies and they will cause bloating, swelling, etc. after a meal). Ergo my abs. Can't blame the glutes on it though, that came from squats, lunges, deadlifts. This is what I mean when I say I put on a LOT of muscle. I really have a LOT lol. Now to shred the fat, but seriously I am very solid which I didn't think I could pack it on like that as a vegetarian and a natural athlete and a ecto-meso morph.

DON'T GET A TUMMY TUCK! I am soooo glad I didn't. I started to eat right and train in preparation for it so I coud have a less invasive procedure, then a funny thing happened: my stomach disappeared. My surgeon actually didn't recognize my pics, he thought I was someone else just 2 months later! I do have my 6 pack. Ok so this may be TMI but that is PMS bloat, but I can see all six lol. Pardon the baby shrek bloomers. I totally HATE when chicks post undie pics but how unsexy can you get? I'm animated for pete's sake!

Me waiting with VIP status for a modeling gig to start as part of this hot event. I've gotten leaner. It's amazing what following your diet, training hard, and stress will do to the body. Yes the bum is shrinking but that's what it should look like on stage lol.

I have to embrace my body at every stage. I had to bring my bodyfat up for my health. I can't weight train yet or do my contest prep diet. So I'm at this stage of loving the new softer me. I'm always going to be a fit chick, I love my body with muscle. Now I'm just more of a cardio bunny-for now. Ya'll know I'm really a She-beast and I gotta push heavy weight to feel good. Hopefully next week I can get the all clear and shred myself for stage August or Early September. In the mean time, I'm the new "It" girl in Urban modeling in my City-so I'm gonna keep killing it. This is a proof from my shoot for Beauty in The Streets.

Cronic skinny chick syndrome-All boobs and stomach. Only gained 4 lbs. yep still have my quads for now and a 2 pack lol. Someone told me that I looked just fine in a tube top and yoga pants. Um maybe not so much lol.
