Overall Goal: Hey everyone! Well I have gained 9 lbs! Only a few months left to go. King Max is super big though. I'm like a pregnant lollipop! I do my 1st shoot this week for maternity modeling! I also got chosen as a myspace Top Notch Dyme for 2010 lol. Funny **
I came from a very fit family-professional athletes, pro kick boxers, track stars, dancers, olympic swimmers, martial artist-you name it! My family has a tall and athletic look naturally.
I was always active in school, track, basketball, dance-that kind of thing.
I started modeling at 12 so I really had to keep any visable muscle under control. Back in the days, models were NOT supposed to have any muscle. Boy times have changed!
When I went to college, I decided I would go from the dancer's body to upping it a notch. I was the first girl on campus to have the most ripped abs ever! and um this was before abs were cool :)
Well anyway I easily became obsessed. I scheduled my classes around gym time. I ran with the track team (for fun) and trained with football team in the gym and taught oober step classes everyday!
I saw the Ms Fitness pageant and fell in love. I was determined to compete and win some day. Well needless to say, I caused some serious damage to my body overtraining.
Fast forward to today. I developed curves, and that was fine. Then I developed fat and I was like whoa nelly!
So now I am back in the gym, eating right, and my new goal is to become a figure athlete, hey wait I am a figure athlete! My goal then is to become a figure competitor and figure champion *wink! and my new goal is to do my first cage fight in fall and to train to compete im MMA in 2010.
Why I Love It:
I feel empowered, beautiful, and strong. My body is a testament to my courage to redefine the concept of BEAUTY. Every curve I worked for, I train for-my body speaks for me-It says I define my own beauty!
How I Stay Motivated:
I will complete my metamorphosis-drug free! By my rules, my sweat, my strength. Who really wins the marathon? The first to cross the winner’s line or the very last after the crowd and the cheers are long gone? The first person of course:) But the last one who drags their dehydrated, aching, bleeding, swollen, body pushed to it’s physical limits by sheer will power-well that is one bad ass mother****er and I wanna be like that person!
BB Accomplishments:
I have trained to hard and long for figure and I will rule my body, though it is broken. This is my body and I will train it and no one tells me not too. It is my sanity.
Lowering my BMI to a healthy range in one month.
Dropping 6 sizes in less than 2 months and 10 sizes to date! Only 3 more to go!
Seeing my abs again.
Watching my arms become more defined and strong.
Beating my deadlift best every few weeks!
Finally developing a decent bench press.
Developing an even better leg press-720lbs. free weight(my goal is 1000K)

This was me at my biggest, yeah crazy out of control for a bit in the winter. I took this photo Sept 21, 2008 but I didn't start working out until 2 months later November 28, 2008.
Cronic skinny chick syndrome-All boobs and stomach. Only gained 4 lbs. yep still have my quads for now and a 2 pack lol. Someone told me that I looked just fine in a tube top and yoga pants. Um maybe not so much lol.

My goal until next year has changed. Now you guys know why-I'm gonna be a mommy to a little tiny baby Due date March 12th 2010! My life has changed ya'll! I want to continue to be more fit than average and maintain my body exactly where it is for as long as possible. I am enjoying my newest modeling, video, acting ventures. I have will be appearing in Hypey Magazine, Mics on Fire Documentary, landed my first fitness video, beauty in Da Streets Model, Good Girls Gone Bad Model, and more spokesmodel work than I care to list. I'm loving my body as it is right now. Every single curve and every single change ya'll!
My LONG-TERM goal is to stay as fit as possible and to compete in 2010 in MMA and Figure in the summer.
The Cap'n is amazing! he and his wife are TRUE inspiration. He shows just how possible it is to command your own ship, YOUR BODY! He is such a POSITIVE staple of bodyspace, I can't imagine never having met him here.
You only have to read the comments to see why this guy is an INSPIRATION to so many. He is always the first to cheer you on or acknowledge your progress. Sometimes unwavering FRIENDSHIP can be the best INSPIRATION to achieve your goals. He's made pretty amazing progress himself.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Normally I wear cute gym sets. I'm still a cardio freak/aerobic instructer at heart. But now I'm bag ladying it. Dressing like a bum so dudes will stop interrupting my workout or asking me out. Why I like this video: I am saying this is the MOST GRACEFUL posing I have ever seen. And she hits every pose perfect, look how she makes her shoulders appear capped? Prime example of how you can correct physical flaws with proper posing and some gaw-dang high azz stripper shoes! This is one of my favs-nah my fav poser. 10 weeks out!
Wow 2 months after giving birth go head superwoman I will definitly be cheering for you!! I want to do a show in June once I get more toned i think I will have more confidence!
That is good to hear!! Things are going good on this end. My wife's cancer is in remission and her back surgery is on the 16th. My knee is healing and I finally feel like things are looking up. I was SO impressed by the chicks in the fitness & bodybuilding competitions. Most of them looked like moms & had washboard abs!!! Behind the curtain when we all came out @ one time they were so friendly. I was so nervous!!!!

I'm really smashing my abs like 3x a week atm & so hanging for summer its almost here in Aust woot woot, yeah i do a lot of lat pulldowns wide grip, close grip and so on....i like to deadlift just not every week as they really knock my recovery around. so amnyway apologies for the late reply hope your good!
