How I Started:
Finally got sick of yo-yo dieting while doing panzy cardio and whimpy weights. Decided to do it right this time by lifting heavier and eating clean. Of course "heavier" is all relative so don't laugh too much about my lifting stats :-).
Why I Love It:
I love getting stronger and either increasing the weight or reps. I love knowing that I am building a good foundation while I lose the fat.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading transformation success stories on the forums.
My main goal is to lose body fat. I lift to get stronger and build muscle to increase my basal metabolic rate.

thanks so much for the nice words. It really does suck to let yourself fall back to the old habits. I started p90x about a week ago and it is really kicking my butt but it really has me motivated. Thanks again
