Eventually, I'd like to get up to 170 lbs and still have a good run time. I'm going to have a lean build no matter what but I know I can pack on more mass.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
I tend to stick to the free ones on base. I just try to avoid the times/gyms when the egolift club (bench and curl chapter)and the socialites have their little get-togethers.

Ha ha! Yeah, I finally figured out that if you want to gain weight you have to eat more. Wishing you would gain weight won't do it. A shocking discovery, I know!
