How I Started:
I'm a runner by choice as well as genetics. A coworker got me started lifting and it's stuck. A great addition to my fitness regimen.
Why I Love It:
The challenge. Being healthy isn't just something I do, it's a job requirement. It adds depth and a new dimension to what I was already doing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing changes. Having a new vision of what I want to see in the mirror and making it happen.
BB Accomplishments:
Adding 10 lbs this deployment. I don't plan on competing so my accomplishments are not titles, they're me.
