How I Started:
I been lifting since about freshmen year (im a senior now) but didnt start seriously since this past summer.
Why I Love It:
I jus love da satisfaction of lifting heavy weight and its something i can keep real track of. my body is getting healthier by da day and my life is jus overall happy cuz of my results.
How I Stay Motivated:
lookin at those bodybuilding.com articles and reading MD mag. wheneva i look in da mirror..DAS my motivation.

Sunday--Heavy Abs, Forearms, Calves
Upper Abs:
Weighted Partial Crunches on machine, 4 sets x 10 reps.
Middle Abs:
Declined half-sit ups w/ plate behind head, 4 sets x...
