When I Started:
Aug, 2003
How I Started:
I started working out for softball. My strength coach told me I would do good in bodybuilding. It was something I had in the back of my mind. After softball, I decided to keep in shape through working out and bodybuilding. I trained to gain muscle and didn't do my first show until 2006.
Why I Love It:
I love the benefits it gives me. Being active as always been who I am. Bodybuilding is a way to stay unique, different from everyone else. It is the most challenging thing I have ever done!
How I Stay Motivated:
I would say my most motivation would be competitions. Having this to look forward too always keeps me sane! I want to do my best and succeed! Looking at the changes you make in yourself is addicting, to say the least!
BB Accomplishments:
Achieving my goals. Doing my first competition and going back to do it all over.

I had McKenzie! Can't wait to get back in the gym and get fit again!
Goal (Long):
First and formost, I want to accomplish this for myself. I want to know that I can do anything I set forth to do. My second competition will be in Aug. where I hope to place first! The next weekend I will be doing the Alabama State in hopes of winning this national qualifier! From here I will do keep things slow and go from where I think I can. I always want to challenge myself, so I will keep the competitions high!
