I used to watch my mom when i was younger work out all the tyme, and then i just liked the transformation of it, and plus watching Arnold when i was really young, then after that ive been with it ever since.
Why I Love It:
The transformation, the feeling u get after you done working out, and the looks people give you after all the hard work you done.
How I Stay Motivated:
It became a habit, that was my motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
Meeting awesome people in the gym and learning from them. My major accomplishments i guess is being able to move weight around for my size!

Who gives a flying **** about stretch marks? Know what? If your worried about growing and getting stretch marks, then I have an idea: Why don't you take up knitting instead? This way you don't have to worry about that kinda? shit. The only things you'll have to worry about are patterns and yarn colors.
Im tired of my body getting stronger and never getting size. I want to take my body through another level, and to always never stop training. I want to wear clothes and people see me and be like WOW, that guy is huge, also want that same response in the gym.

dude crossfit is pretty intense. i don't know the whole jist of it but i did do a couple of workouts according to their rules. Yeah, man, i threw up on about half the workouts. It's crazy dude. I liked it, but i kind of like punishing myself like that, lol.
Right now I'm on leave. But when i get back to colorado i'll b dropping my packet for nursing school which will mean a move to San Antonio. where will you be going when get state side again?
In March I will have been doing Crossfit for 2 years. I pretty much just jumped into it. Did my first workout and fell in love. Great program!! Have you tried it?
Its going good man! Training is increasing in weights and my Dad is pretty much fully recovered now, he'll be at 100% soon. How bout yourself? What you got planned for 2010?
i joined a gym about a year ago. i do about 80% of my workouts there now. i did just buy a heavy bag and gloves. boxers & MMA fighters have such great definition I thought it would be great to build my conditioning. we'll see. sometimes it's a challenge just getting to the gym. do you guys have a decent gym in your unit? you're looking jacked.

I actually did both but I had no idea what I was doing until I hired a trainer for 6 months and he got me on track....didn't realize how important the diet was!!
same shyt bro, and yeah i hurt my shoulder at work kickin gsom edudes out of the bar.. never good when its 3 on 1 hahah but for just my shoulder getting hurt im pretty lucky! doing the DoubleT Sports transformation challenge.. dude them supps are SICK!!! work great so far
thanks dude. actually my ab routine is kinda non-existent. It's mostly diet i think, and i do a lot of jack knives, but that's pretty much it. running helps too. your abs ain't bad man, definitely have a hard looking core. got back to the states bout two wks ago, going on leave on wed. just enjoying life back in the states.
