Ah man that must suck. I know when I attempted to much weight my first time at Stiff-legged dead's, my back was extremely sore and stiff, I could only imagine throwing it out. Like I said in the thread, just look at it as a rest and recovery period! Just have to watch the diet part a bit more! But hang in there, Im sure you'll come through!
