Just so we are on the same page, I'm not looking to be the one in a billion guy who gets your email addy...lol:) Just happened to notice you mentioned getting a six pack by Thanksgiving. Google Legendary Abs and find the link that has the pdf version you can print out. Hands down one of the best ab routines I have ever used. It's a fast efficent workout that rips up your midsection in no time at all. Have a great weekend:)
