Watched a show about a woman losing 400 pounds. I knew I never wanted to get that far out of shape and realized I better start changing my ways.

I stay focused on my goals and learn about others that have accomplished great things. People that have lost a great amount of weight or built their bodies up, people overcoming adversity are my heroes.

SLOWLY! My top weight was almost 490. I lost my first 100lbs in my living room. Weight training, cardio and a complete lifestyle change with eating. I never called it a diet.. as we all know diets DO NOT work.. I have a few pounds left.. just trying to mold my clay now!

took them down bro cause Ive got no internet and I could not visit or respond to people and that seems rude if someone says something nice till friday when Im on again then they will be back up im down to 186 now and apart from the loose skin im getting there a few more veins and the top abs are looking alright
