Watched a show about a woman losing 400 pounds. I knew I never wanted to get that far out of shape and realized I better start changing my ways.
Why I Love It:
It allows me to live life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay focused on my goals and learn about others that have accomplished great things. People that have lost a great amount of weight or built their bodies up, people overcoming adversity are my heroes.

1. Eat every 3 hours
2. Each time you eat 4-8oz protein 1-5 servings green veggies
3. Carbs other than vegetables only after 1 hour workout and only if you must have them.
4. Skip drinks that contain calories
I will get down to 10% body fat.
I will enter to take a very long unsupported bicycle tour.
I will help others who need to lose large amounts of weight.
Well, my cravings are down and I am back into the routine of eating clean. I am still not eating as frequently as I did in the past and my veggie intake is down. To recap my journey, I lost 40+ pounds during a contest and just as quickly gained it all back. That won't happen again.
well you will bounce back! clean eating sounds real good. I just recently started back over the weekend with my clean eating. I went to the gym early this morning and did 60 minutes of cardio gonna go back tonight after work and lift weights. this will work alot better with my busy work schedule

Thanks, I've switched to cardio 5 days a week with light lifting thrown in here n there. This week it looks like I'll have done 15 miles total. And grats on making my 100th comment :P
