Overall Goal: To run at State, possibly Nationals, and compete at the 2010 World's Irish Dance Competition. Once I'm a bit older, I'd LOVE to enter figure competitions! I've always wanted to model... but am not fond of looking Anorexic lol. Plus, 5'4" doesn't real

How I Started:
I began taking my involvement in Irish Dance and Running more seriously, realizing that if I wanted to be the best, I had to train the best.
Why I Love It:
I love that feeling that comes when I push my body past it's own limits, when my heart wants to explode and my legs grow numb. The pain is comforting, the agony; relief. The world around me makes sense as my breathing is the only sound I can hear. Nothing else matters, except for that one moment, that chance to show my strength.

Goal (Long):
I'm by far not the largest person in this world, actually, I'm quite small in terms of weight and frame, only 5'4" and 108 lbs. However, the majority of my body is composed of muscle. I'm a competitive Irish Dancer and Varsity Distance Runner, so this build is ideal for my sports.I eat like a horse though to maintain what little weight I have, and my friends refer to me as "mini phelps" (minus the pot hehe). At the moment, I'm fairly satisfied with my body, although, I wouldn't mind a few improvements. My abs are at a four pack currently, and I'm working on getting back to six. I'd like my endurance to be top notch. My biceps could use a bit more definition, as well as my calves and thighs. As long as I keep up with a good fitness routine, I think that my goals are quite obtainable, and will be beneficial toward my athletic endevours.
Another GREAT body example to aim for! I can't wait to reach an age where I'm old enough to compete in figure, and when that time comes, I hope to look this good!
First off, I always gotta give major props to anyone who runs or has ran Cross Country!
Secondly, this member has faced a slew of unexpected misfortunes, yet still continues to look at life as an opportunity- one he is truly making the best of. Puddle_Pirate has completely transformed his body with incredible success! His transformation is probably one of the most incredible lean mass gains I have ever seen.
Puddle_Pirate inspires me to keep going when my past is trying to hold me back.
