heidismommy Before I was consuming 1000-1200 cals per day and very slowly losing. Lots of cardio too. Now I consume 2300-2500 cals per day, do more of a moderate amount of cardio, and strength train 3 times per week. I also make sure to get lots of protein whereas that was never important before.
