I would like to bring down fat while ganing muscle. My ultimate short-term goal is to get as toned as possible before building muscle.
Goal (Long):
Ever since I left the service, I turned into a couch potato. After a few month of this I figured enough is enogh and I need to get back in shape, especially since in early 2007 I began to train to become a Professional Wrestler. I dont want to settle for just being at a certain weight, Id like to lose fat and gain mscle and keep it. So far, I've been working out at Snap Fitness 5-6 times a week for 1-2 hours. ALready I'm getting results, but if anyone has suggestions PLEASE don't hesitate to drop a comment.

HIt the gym for the 2nd day of a 5-day workout. On week 2. I did 15 minutes to warm up on the bike (had it on intervals and built up a good sweat). THen did 3 sets of 20 reps of crunches on a stability ball with an 8 pound medicine ball. Real good burn there. Then workes on my legs with...
Training is going excellent. Ive starting ramping up the cardio so try and lean out the gut. But still training heavy and feeling it all over. How bout you?
