Background
First and foremost,I dont want to give anyone a false impression. I am here to network and give help where I can and to be inspired by others. I am NOT here looking for a date and I would very much appreciate the comments or questions to be kept respectful and professional. Thank you :) I started working out with weights when my karate master referred me to a Hard Core Sweaty Guys Gym to Cross Train for Kempo Karate & Full Contact Karate, Classical Dance and Swimsuit Modeling. Two decades ago when most women thought it was crazy, I fell in love with sculpting my body and then competing in women's NPC Bodybuilding and since 2007 NPC Figure.
It is my way to give thanks to God for blessing me with a healthy body from the start. Working out is a necessary part of my life and it accentuates my artistic, competitive, athletic and feminine nature. Most importantly it makes me a better person as a whole.

Just look at her before and after photos. I can only hope to accomplish half the success as she has in my lifetime. She has turned herself into a world class athlete, I am so inspired by her.

Excess Skin and Weight Loss Stimey
Posted in Other : Oct 24, 2011 1:57pmHi Juliet,
I am very inspired by your story!!! I was 280 lbs and now I’m about 180 I am working to rid myself of the remaining fat!! So my question is when you were losing the weight how well did your skin go back to where it needed to be? Mine is very saggy! Did you have any surgery done? Also what would you suggest to get over a plateau? I feel stuck and I don’t seem to be losing inches as fast as I would like! If you have any advice for me I would love yours!!
Thank you for taking the time to listen!

In 1983 I was studying Kempo Karate and training to be a womens full contact champion. I was also swimsuit modeling and entering calendar contests and reached a plateu in my martial arts training and running program. My coaches suggested I cross train lifting weights at a localhard core dudes gym. Being single I was more than eager to check out the place where most of the goodlooking buff men hung out
