How I Started:
Started working out during college and have continued it off and on since 2000. Decided after getting a Bachelor's in Nutrition, that I wanted to become a personal trainer for a while until I decided the route I wanted to take with my nutrition. I loved training so much, that I decided I wanted to focus primarily on it!
Why I Love It:
I LOVE the way it makes me feel AFTER I'm done! I love meeting people with intense passions for the hobby and the industry because it pushes me to stay on track and to do more!
I love knowing that I don't have to force myself to go to the gym, that I have made it a part of my lifestyle so much, that it just comes natural to me to go.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try new things... I dabble into mountain biking, rock climbing, Cross Fit (which I just stated and I LOVE!!), distance running, group training...
Websites like this are great because you're not the only one keeping yourself accountable! It makes me want to do well so that I can show others my progress!

Goal (Long):
I want to lose body fat in my waist, and thighs. I'm pretty happy with my upper body, though I'd like to tone up my back more. I am going to be consistent with doing CrossFit since it is a total body/functional hell-of-a-workout, and track my progress from doing that as well as increasing my running distance. I would like to lose the body fat and the 10 lb and KEEP IT OFF by the time my hubby gets back from Iraq.

Unfortunately no. I had some appointments in the morning, so I couldn't go this Saturday, and on top of that I work every Saturday the rest of this month! @%#! that really sucks! I am pretty bummed about it, but what can I do.. quit my job? I wish, lol.
Yes, I'm on Futenma. McCutcheon is a pretty decent gym, hot and humid, but it's got a lot of space. It also has an aerobics room that I utilize for some crossfit workouts.
Right back at you Julienne; you look fantastic! Are you in the states or Okinawa? Let's hit up the gym together sometime. I need someone to workout with who isn't a pansy or afraid of some intensity!
