I have been working out on and off for 10 years now. However, I just got really serious over a year ago. I would like to try my hand at a figure competition.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I like to challenge myself. I like the mood I'm in afterwards (so does my family lol.) If I haven't started my day sweating, then my day just doesn't go as smoothly.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing Results! I keep it changing. I love to do obstacle courses, sprints, boot camps, nothing boring. I love the feel of lifting weights.
BB Accomplishments:
None so far. I am ready to see what all I can accomplish.

The reasons for setting weight loss or fitness goals usually comes down to health issues. This is the #1 reason why people finally want to start investing in their own health. You may have watched a family member struggle with cancer, diabetes, surgery, or heart issues. I know for me 10 years...
doing great with my goals, thanks. I´m planning on adding a bit of mass in some specific areas (not much though). What about you? training for a competition right?
thanks for comment back. I started off at 202 lbs and my target weight is around 170lbs, lowering my bf % and increasing muscle mass. Strength is still an issue in my case, since I'm working out after a long time. I have a decent knowledge of training and diet so I hope to turn this around for me. Nice blog there, yeah, I agree at times we need to let go of other things and put US first.
