Julie035 Why is it so easy to gain wt and so hard to lose it? 2 hr hike yesterday with back and bi's-today 40 mi bike ride. Gotta scale down!!

Maczealot You've been so kind to me and I really appreciate it. I have far exceeded my expectations. My goal was to hit 300 lbs by summer and I'm gonna hit it by New Years. I haven't worked out on over a month because of a foot injury and I haven't been tracking my calories. But I still lost 16 lbs. I expected I hadn't lost any weight but I lost more than usual. Maczealot Thanks again for the kind encouragement. I do get discouraged. I'm not working out as much as I was. But I'm still doing it and dieting. Up to 37 lbs. My motivation was getting close to 400 lbs, wanting a girlfriend, and my health. Already I feel less chronic pain than I had before. Sep 16, 2012 9:58pm

gonoles04 I dont eat as much protein as I used to, because I actually dont want to much-just want to keep what I have and look good! Overall, I think my weight loss journey has been about five years. gonoles04 Thank you so much! Now you just made my day :-). I lost the first 20 lbs or so by jogging, lots of eliptical machine time, and doing a weight lifting routine. Bootcamp took care of the rest of the weight ;-) Sep 5, 2012 7:05am

harleydiverdude Hi Julie. Sorry for the late response. I sent you a message last week, but went over my character limit. It was a crazy work week last week...late days every night. Hoping this week is better. The wreck was an artifical reef. It is called the USS Indra, which is an inshore dive out of Morehead City. Max depth was 65 fsw to the sand. Not the best diving last weekend. Bad viz and bad weather. But I was diving, which is always good. Hope you are doing well and things are going good! Sep 3, 2012 4:05pm
